About Us :

Aeroflex Center has been one of the leaders in the field of physiological and healthy lifestyle maintenance in Armenia for 18 years. The main founder of our center, Armine Grigoryan, is a famous physiologist who has dedicated her life to the study of human anatomy and the functions of all internal organs.

He has developed a unique set of breathing and physiological techniques that incorporate ancient Eastern (yoga, qigong, tai chi) and innovative Western (Pilates, stretching, chiropractic care, callanetics) medical practices. The method is enhanced by a unique abdominal breathing technique that ensures maximum oxygen uptake by cells.

The center is designed to educate its visitors on the concept of a healthy lifestyle, assist them in their recovery, and take preventive measures to minimize future health problems.
